  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
